Subprocessors

Verifa uses the following third-party subprocessors to help deliver our identity verification services. This list is maintained as part of our Data Processing Agreement.
No subprocessor receives identity documents, selfie photographs, biometric data, or verification results. All identity verification processing (face matching, document OCR, risk analysis) is performed entirely within Verifa's own infrastructure. AWS hosts the encrypted infrastructure but does not have access to decrypted personal data.

Change Notifications
Under our DPA, we provide at least 30 days' notice before a new subprocessor begins processing personal data. Notifications are sent to the email address on file for your organization.
Subscribe to subprocessor updates: Send an email to privacy@withverifa.com with the subject line "Subscribe: Subprocessor Updates" to receive notifications whenever this list changes. You will be notified at least 30 days before any new subprocessor begins processing personal data.
