The button above takes you to your Verifa Integrations page, signing you in on the way if you aren't already. Existing customers can also start from Integrations → Slack → Connect in the dashboard.
Slack asks you to pick a workspace and a channel, and shows exactly which permissions the app requests. Approve, and you land back in Verifa on a confirmation screen with your next steps.
Choose which events post and where, then hit Test to send a sample message. For a private channel, invite the bot first with /invite @Verifa.
Subscribe to all of them or just the exceptions. New installs start with the five that matter most to a review team, and you can change the selection at any time without reinstalling.

A Slack channel usually has a wider audience than a compliance dashboard. The defaults assume that.
Messages are stripped of names, dates of birth, document numbers, and addresses before posting. Cards carry references, statuses, and reasons — enough to triage, not enough to leak. Including personal data is an explicit opt-in per connection.
Send sanctions hits to your compliance channel and the review queue to operations. Rules match a single event or a whole family, so one line can route everything case-related.

Approvals and rejections happen in the Verifa dashboard, not from a Slack button, so every compliance decision is recorded against a named reviewer. Message buttons are links into the record, never one-click approvals.
The app installs a /verifa command. Replies are visible only to the person who ran it, so a lookup in a busy channel doesn't broadcast results to everyone in it.

The app does not read your channel history, does not read messages other people post, and does not message anyone on your behalf. Removing it from your workspace stops all delivery immediately — Verifa is notified of the uninstall and marks the connection inactive on its side.
